The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate and Shahrekord high school teachersʹ job stress and job satisfaction. Other purposes of the study were as follows: 1) The relationship between organizational climate and teachersʹ job stress. 2) The relationship between organizaional climate and job stress components. 3) The relationship between organizational climate and teachersʹ job satisfaction. 4) The relationship between organizational climate and teachersʹ job satisfaction components. 5) The relationship between organizational climate components and job Satisfaction. To measure variables we used the Litwin & Stringer questionnaire, Kyriacou & Sutʹcliff questionnaire, and Job Descriptive Index (JDʹ) of Smith et al. The relevant sample consisted of 115 teachers who worked in educational districts of Shahrecord, and selected through a stratified random sampling. To test the research hypotheses Pearson correlation coefficient were calculated Findings showed that: 1) There was a relationship between the organizational climate and teachersʹ job stress (sig=0.031); 2) According to the findings, the relationship between the organizational climate and job stress components was significant; 3) There was a relationship between the organizational climate and teachersʹ job satisfaction. 4) The relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction components was significant; the highest relationship was between "supervision" (a components of job satisfaction) and organizational climate (r=0.587); and 5) there was a relationship between organizational climate components and teachers job satisfaction (sig=0.00), & (r=0.623).
