Cultural Engineering is based on the vital presumption that culture is not something stable and without any changes, and that it is possible to change it over the course of time. By cultural engineering we mean planning to reach a desirable cultural level, but reaching the desired goal is not possible without properly recognizing the present cultural situation. The study attempts to explain the common cultural-social vulnerabilities at the university, and focuses on the main viewpoints in this regard. In continuation, it says that cultural engineering, in order to reorganize culture at the universities, needs to provide clear answers to the questions raised by the domain of public culture. In conclusion it presents the essentials of practical ways and methods to counter vulnerabilities of cultural-social engineering at universities.
