Haft peikar Nezami,s fort verse- collection owing to
Universities playa key role in knowledge transferring; that is,
teaching of sciences and techniques at developed level,
training scientists and researchers for developing of
knowledge, and training human resources for other institutes.
This study examines effects of teaching quality evaluation on
professional promotion of academic staffsʹ in Isfahan
university. The research is a descriptive survey type. The
statistical population included all academic staffʹs in Isfahan
university. (464 persons). Some 160 people were randomly
selected as sample. The instrument for data gathering was a
close-ended questionnaire, with 59 questions. The consistency
of reliability was calculated by cronbach Alta coefficient,
which was 0.91. The results indicated that academic staffʹs
teaching quality evaluation influenced motive of teaching,
lesson plan, teaching and learning strategies selection,
evaluation methods and dynamic and constructive
communication with students more than average, but selection
of materials and means less than that. The results also showed
that there are differences regarding academic ranking, work experience and type of groups, but no differences based on
gender.
