One of the ways to reduce the gap hetween the management of the developed and the developing
countries, is paying more attention to the management of the intangible capital and the different
intangible properties in the organizations .This management like the managemenl f?f ihffertʹnl
resources has unique opportunities and at theʹ sameʹ time exposes some peculiar challenges Ttl III(ʹ
earlier stages. the managers were onlv concerned with the tangible capitals hUI nowadays they pay a
lot otattentton to intangible capitals as well. In this article we refer to the different kinds ofintangible
capitals and this articlefocuses on one of{he important aspects ofthis capital i.c human cupuu!s. Thtʹ
questions main~}ʹ arc about: How can we.meet this great demand? What is the mIlʹ ojhuman capital?
How is the management qf human capital? To sum up we understand that the organizations bv the
way ofHiring and maintaining more skillful and talented employees compared 10their rivals and also
