Landuse in Baharestan (New Town)

How can urban Lands be made compatible for unlimited civilansʹ needs? How can public welfare and justice be succeeded if environmental stability and protection are observed? Realising the order of priorities in city requirements having a proper plan when utilising lands, are the core considerations of organisation and main issues of this article. It is suggested that planning should be made agreeable with the issue of the balance needed between landuse factors. The newly founded city of Babarestan, is an example of successful city formation concerning environmental protection and sustainability. This article is aimed at explaning the land division and their utilization.
