A Survey of Brain Drain from Iran after the End of Iran-Iraq War

Iran is encountered with the issue of brain drain. This article seeks to -investigate the factors caused Iranian brain drain after the end of Iran-Iraq war. In fact, the main question is "what is the most important factor causing brain drain from Iran after the end of war"? The articleʹs main assumption is that "the weakness of Iranʹs scientific and research structures is the main reason for Iranian brains to leave the country. Data has been collected through survey of Iranian university professors and students and SPSS has been used to do the analysis
