مطالعه مولكولي و تعيين چندشكلي برخي نشانگرهاي ريزماهواره اي پيوسته به ژن دوقلوزايي FECB در گوسفندان قزل ايراني

Molecular study and determination of polymorphism of microsatellite markers closed to the FecB gene in Iranian Ghezel sheep.

Ghezel sheep is an excellent local sheep breed in Iran. It has significant characteristics of high prolificacy. The prolificacy percentage of this breed is more than 20%. The genetic detection of 3 microsatellite loci OarHH55, BM1329 and OarHH35 which were closely linked to the fecundity gene FecB in Booroola sheep were analyzed in 300 Ghezel breed for polymorphism. The PCR amplified products of microsatellites were detected by non-denatured (natural) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The numbers of alleles for OarHH55, BM1329 and OarHH35 were 6, 5 and 9 respectively. The numbers of the effective alleles of OarHH55, BM1329 and OarHH35 were 5.49, 4.6 and 7.34 and the rates of heterozygosity were 0.933, 0.91 and 0.96 in the 300 sheep respectively. Shannon index of OarHH55, BM1329 and OarHH35 was 1.746, 1.569 and 2.078 in these sheep respectively. None of these Loci was in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. These results could provide molecular basic data for the research on the characteristics of Ghezel sheep.
