Armed Forces Crime Act.

Armed Forces Crime Act is a set of rules and regulations for armed forces dealing with offenders of this band. On one hand, it refers to military crimes and offences such as desertion, running away from millitary service or war fronts. On the other hand, it deals with common crimes that even common people may commit, such as forgery, bribery,fraud and theft. However, if one of the members of the armed forces commits common crimes, he will be treated and punished differently from grass roots. Recently, Islamic Parliament ratified the new act for armed forces crime. This paper discusses the new act and compares it with the previous one.
