Psychological analysis on Blind Owl characters

In this chronological order the narrator whom we call him blind owl lives with the picture on the pen-case cover and draws picture in a recluse house where he shelters in winters and mostly his life is spent in an intoxicative mood and his mind is occupied with the love of his wife and with the tearing of the body of his wife into pieces. For him, the bad woman is a beautiful and sensual one not only tempting him but also all men. There is no trace of elevated humanistic emotions in her while her mother is a very kind and compassionate woman who has mothered blind owl. These two figures of woman or "split woman" is a substitute for his real and original mother, Bugam Dasi. Blind owlʹs relation with his mother and father is divided in two phases: the early phase deals with his relation with a "biological mother" (the one who gives birth) and the second phase is concerned with a father "split" who is like a twin brother. His relation with his mother is the first object and the next objects including father and the substitute for the father and the mother are split objects. His nurse, a kind mother, whose daughter is the bad woman. Both these women live in the blind owl house. Outside, are two men observed including the odds-ends man and the butcher who are projected into the blind owl. This double pattern is dispersed traceably throughout the story. The story is based upon duality, alter ego, and the other, among the basic which is the idea of life and death, good and bad, ethereal and earthly which are strikingly salient.
