Policewoman Utilization: Basics & Principles (II).

Police forces are indispensible elements of our society, because they provide safety and security, and guard the achievements and values of Islamic Revolution. Regarding the women population (half of Iranʹs population), Islamʹs teaching, and increasing number of women criminals, it seemed necessary to have policewomen officers.Therefore, in 1999, Iranʹs police organization decided to train policewomen officers again. In the first part, some issues such as history of policewomen, theories of organizations, and so on were discussed. History of policewomen in Iran, police women abilities, and restrictions in policewomen training are some issuses which will be discussed in the second part of this article.
