Police Identity, Expectations, and Police Ethics An Introduction.

In this article characteristics of police personnel are described. If must be stressed that like other professions, police have its own specialities. Later on, peopleʹs imaginations and expectations from police will be discussed. In addition, the two roles of police including serving the society and law enforcement-sometimes seem to be contrary-will be studied. And finally, police profession and behaviors will be examined.
