The rapid adoption of the Web as a commercial medium has caused firms to experiment with innovative ways of doing business. Those firms that effectively market themselves on the Web have a distinct advantage. This paper basically discusses about the E-commerce and the successful web designing methods. In addition, according to H. Joseph Wen 2001 framework, who presents two E-commerce Web site design strategies and 12 e-comrerce models for gaining that advantage, Iranian E-commerce web sites are classified. There is some Iranian sample websites in each category.
