Theoretical Principles of Police - Citizensʹ Interaction.

The present paper attempts to take a step toward implementing the general policies introduced by Iran police commander to stop one-dimentional views of Iran police on urban security and police use of social resources. The paper tries to formulate a model for Police-citizen interaction. Such interaction would pave the ground for tackling the problems of police organization and planning in the following: - Citizens contribution to the police programms; - Knowing The ways to improve citizensʹ tendency toward maintaining Law and order; - Determining the norms of police-citizen interactions.
