چكيده لاتين :
One good way to boost the position of two sciences of jurisprudence and legal theory is to understand correctly the views of the theoreticians. This is better achieved by a comparative study of such views. In this article the writerʹs purpose is to introduce the innovative jurisprudential views of two great contemporary theoreticians in law; that is, Ayatollah Khomeini and Mirza Naeeni.
