چكيده لاتين :
Learning and creativity are two inseparable element of every successful action.
Now, how should we act to be creative, and how we can find a plan on which we build up a learning culture in the organization? It is obvious that the creativity in a constant atmosphere which isnʹt seriously after change will not flourish, so learning (which leads to reform) is a sensitive issue.
The present text is trying to create a kind of - belief in relation to usefulness of learning in partnership method, leads the existing training system towards a direction which improves the decision making ability of the learners and transfers depending on the, "instructor to student oriented" and familiarize the instructors with new manners and method of teaching and learning while increasing the decision making power of the trainees. In this method the trainees are taught to improve individual interpersonal skills and increase tolerability of listening different ideas and respecting various points of view. They learn to take advantage of the chance of unanimity and cooperation in co-learning and participation in the experiments of each others.
