How Do Ilam Province University Students take advantage from FAVA (Information and Communication Technology) During Their Leisure Times

This research which has surveyed the method of taking advantage from "Information and Communication Technology" during their leisure time in a statistical society of 19255 Ilam university students, has analyzed the effect of various dimensions of ʹICM ʹ with regard to speculative research fundamentals as theories. In this descriptive research which has been accomplished in dynamic method, to collect information by the inquiry method created by the researcher, is used. 2 In order to test hypothesis "the Chi-square (X) non-parametric" has been applied. the results of this test show: 1-the relation amongst the usage way, usage goal, usage period, the expenditure and recognition level from "ICM" in taking advantage from it and to fill-up the leisure time, 2-the objectives of state public university students, "Payam-e-Noor" and "Azad University" in using "IMC" instruments differ from each other,3-usage period from "IMC" Between "girlʹ ʹ and "boyʹ ʹ students regarding the length of their free-times is different and 4-in the long run understanding of various study-branch students from "IMC" is different. To make available the feasibilities for taking advantage of "IMC" for free. For various study branches institutionalization of on going student activities in a mechanized and computerized manner, free and compulsory education of non-skilled students and etc. are the suggestions derived from these results.
