Police Training Management, Solution to Systematize Administrative Duties, Curriculum and Course Training.

The purpose of this paper is introducing management on education meaning that a variety of duties related to curriculum and training program systematize in the tissue of administrative duties and vertical relations of each group established with horizontal relations of duties in three categories of mentioned Duties in various administrative levels. This system, expresses ten administrative duties, ten curriculum duties and ten course training duties with horizontal and vertical link between administrative, curriculum and course training duties. To perform each duty of thirty fold duties introduced in three categories of mentioned duties, behavioral and performance goals specify if their vertical and horizontal communication with entire system and specified and defined assignment in terms of qualified human resources of each target. Equipment and facilities in formal structure of organizations identified. Findings of this paper are based on library studies. Extracted two terms, representing administrative and human communication focused on learning from Nahj-AL- Belaghe, as comparison, as familiar cultureʹs bed, provide discussion context to bring important, make familiar and link concepts of prevailing hierarchical system of administrative, curriculum and course training duties. The results of this study is a model in accordance with it, each ten folds duties has internal connection with the upstream and downstream duties. The main point is each of these ten tasks horizontal connection integrated with other tasks vertical relations, referrals to a coordinated, integrated, effective system identifying education management and application capability.
