Assessment Internship Status of Police University Cadets in Y"A .

Internship is one of the effective methods of education that is used in jobs which require special skills. Assessment of studentsʹ viewpoints on the internship period, existence of suitable areas for internship, the best running time for internship, whether offered courses applied, can help to promote educational planning and may call upon the researcher to achieve the following objectives: Officials familiarity with studentsʹ attitudes and perspective about internship period and the effect of performing internship on increasing motivation to serve in NAJA, policiny status in the units and getting feedback from performed theoretical and sophisticated training in studentsʹ views. Research is practical and is conducted by using descriptive -survey method. Sampling is stratified random sampling and statistical community number is persons from students passed second semester of the academic year \«»A-\«»V using Morgan "determine the sample size" table of each category and persons have been selected as a society among which of students have answered the questions. Derived from studentsʹ views, internship time is not enough, performing internship strengthen motivation to serve in NAJA, there are differences in respect to policiny issues in universityand other units, and some courses offered in the internship do not apply. by looking at the findings mentioned, it seems that the internship period should be increased, possibility of performing internship in students habitat city should be available, policiny issues in the units should be given more importance, level of sophisticated and applied courses should be increased and size of theoretical courses should be decreased.
