چكيده لاتين :
Purpose of this study is examination and codifying ethical standards for teachers in management process on education. In order to achieve this goal, ethical indicators have been provided and expertsʹ views about these indicators have been searched. Statistical sample of this study were chosen from the communities persons of learning management faculty members of universities in Tehran. For data collecting, the questionnaire consisted of regular questions have been used. Questionnaire included components for instructors who were supposed to manage education processes.
Questionnaire reliability obtained by calculated alpha Cronbakh equal *.V.
In order to increase the Questionnaire validity a survey from experts performed to adjust vague and incorrect questions. In Analysis on data, Friedman test for ranking and determining indices priorities such as ethical standards indices of educational management group has been used.
Findings from research showed, experts know moral standards
essential for management trustees on education and accept
ethical components provided such as group activities, speech and
behavioral honesty, loyalty, professional behavior, scientific and
research commitment and financial responsibility.
Based on research findings, some practical suggestions are in the
conclusion.
