In this study, the effects of descriptive evaluation from the viewpoints of the most important stakeholders have been studied. Sampling method for studentsʹ parents has been simple random and due to low number of teachers, the samples were selected through census. Research method is survey. Data collection Tool is "the questionnaire" made by researcher. Face and content validity has been approved. Validity of the questionnaire has been calculated through the calculated kronbakh alpha, for teachers alpha= /A^A and parents of students alpha= . In addition to using descriptive statistics to specify data, in inferential statistics, single sample z and t tests and also one way analysis of variance was used. Results from research showed that: A) Of teachers viewpoint, the most descriptive evaluation effect was on mental and emotional health and also its lowest effect was on the interaction between studentsʹ parents and school officials. B) Of parents viewpoint also, the most descriptive evaluation effect was on the mental and emotional health of students and its lowest effect was on improving the behavior of the students. Positive effect of descriptive evaluation in Tehran district ^, in comparison to other study areas, has been approved by both groups (studentsʹ parents and teachers).
