Effect of 6 Sigmas on Educational Quality of Distance Training Centers.

The main purpose of the present study has been identifying effective factors for Six Sigma in order to improve training quality in Tehran distance training centers, from the viewpoint of stakeholders. For performing this study, six folds principles of six Sigmas approach are evaluated and compared from stakeholdersʹ viewpoint. Descriptive survey method conducted in the study and information obtained using questionnaire tool. In this study, stratified random sampling method was used. For data analysis at the level of descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, means indices, and at the level of inferential statistics kalmograf - asmirnof test, binomial youman - Whitney test has been used. Study results on the six fundamental research questions, showed that from the beneficiary communities viewpoint real focus point on customer, focus on processes and management and improving them and move towards perfection and also proactive management can have large effect on improving educational quality in distance training centers.
