Role of Information and Communication Technology to Improve Performance of Islamic Republic of Iran (NAJA) Educational and Research Activities.

In recent years, the police force of IRAN by promoting specialized education level had been considered as a model in the area, and now is training neighboring countries, Therefore, this paper aims to maintain this position and mentions the important role of the NAJA faculty members in learning and teaching process, pays attention to the optimal use of technology and its role in NAJA performance. On the other hand, acceptance of new information and communication technologies in NAJA education, needs appropriate infrastructure. This infrastructure, through the widespread use of e-mail, internet, intranet, digital library and ... is done by reducing costs and saving time. Also, better and easier learning, shorten ways of information, strengthen the relationship among training centers, using auditory and visual facilities and promoting scientific levels of NAJA teachers will be obvious result of this matter. Therefore, in this regard, creating digital libraries at the Police University and NAJA education centers, NAJA faculty membersʹ attendance in conferences and modern information and communication technology symposium, conducting professional training modern information and communication technology courses match with NAJA training expertsʹ needs are suggested to take a positive pace in improving NAJA educational and research activities performance.
