The Status of Justice in Political System of Islam

Justice is among the basic concepts in political system of Islam .The criterion for legislation is the political structure and accepting social responsibilities based on justice .The present article uses an analytical approach, and aims at studying and explaining the status of justice in the political system of Islam .We may study this from two perspectives :a (political philosophy, and b (Quranic verses as well as Islamic traditions . Here we will explain the status of justice using the Quranic verses and Islamic traditions . As it is known from Quranic verses and traditions, in internal affairs, justice is the essential condition for administering a regime - from legislation and enforcing laws to judgment .As far as the responsibilities are concerned, justice is an essential condition for the societyʹs leader as well as all other agents .As for foreign relations, an attempt to propagate the universal message of Islam is possible just in the light of justice, as it is for resolving the conflicts among Muslim nations and even in their relations with non-Muslim ones as well as peaceful coexistence with other nations
