The US -- Russian relation^ have been declined to its lowest level after the cold war during the recent months, ʹlhe.se two states which had put their differences on the ice. after the disintegration of die USSR, have initiated their v>ordy conflicts once more with the deployment of the US missile defense Shield plan in Europe. At present, this event has given rise to numerous concerns among the nations of two states and other countries in the world about the beginning of a new cold war. This paper intends to study the background of these disputes and at the same time investigate the causes of current crisis and the US objectives for the deployment of missile defense shield in Eastern Hurope. Finally, the consequences of this crisis for Iran and our globe arc analyzed .systematically.
