This article aims to provide a general model for studying security-disciplinary consequences of natural crisis. In this article, resulted from a researching plan for NAJA Researching and Studying Organization, the natural crisis is divided to three main group-ground base crisis, ecological crisis and environment crisis-also their effects on security and disciplinary phenomenon are considered.
The theoretical framework used in this article is the systems theory which consists of crisis, disciplinary and security special meanings and also the relations between them. In order to reply the research question using research theory bases, the main variables become effective on disciplinary and security. These varied the public characteristics of natural crisis (crisis type, intensity, rang and continuity), the level of social system vulnerability exposed to danger, and the ability of normalizing and rebuilding crisis sceneʹs actors, then, its effects are considered in a trilateral from. The findings of research indicate that this trilateral model can determine and predict the type, intensity, range and natural crisis.
The research statistical society was determined among the commanders and managing of disciplinary forces who are experienced in managing the natural crisis. So, 120 members selected as model in an accidental method. The research method is descriptive and the techniques of gathering information are the reference to documents and evidences, interview and questionnaire.
