چكيده لاتين :
.Faull attack techniques are powerful and efficient cryptanalysis methods to find the secret key of cryptographic devices. Thus, several meth ods have been introduced to offset this type of side channe l attack. On the other hand, some techniques were presented to locate and dete ct fault s in the implementations of symme tric and asymmetric encryption/de cryption algorithms. To our best knowl edge, this paper is the first article which examines the effectiveness of fault tolerance techniques to prev ent fault atta cks. Also , we introduce a minimum time redundant meth od of using the inverse modul es for Concurrent Error Detecti on (CE D). The usage of Error Correc tion Codes (ECe) in implement ations of Ad vanced Encry ption Standard (AES) is another approach that is proposed in this article. We pres ent the comparison between the usa ge of the proposed ECCs to make fault tolerant implementation and to resist against fault att acks. Experimental results of one of the proposed ECCs show that almost all possible faults are detected, while some of them are corrected. Thus, it resists again t
approximately all injected faults to attack on the impl ementation of AES algorithm.
