A Jurisprudential Investigation on Events and Injuries Occurred during Sports Games

There are two main discussions and arguments on the jurisprudential studies of sports. First of all, the paper seeks to study the jurisprudential order on harmful sports and the possible harms and dangers occurred during the games, along with the explanation of different kinds of damages and injuries during both individual and collective sports games. This part of the article is based on the non-harmful rule, through which the prohibition of harmful sports and injuries caused during sports games by the athletes as a rule is proved. Later on, the paper proceeds to examine the non-surety or warranty of the guilty player as a specific case of the above rule, which is one of the most important jurisprudential principles as the non-warranty of the sinful athlete and the satisfaction of the injured player and the admission of the possible injuries happened during the atheletic operations is concerned with the rules of the sports game
