چكيده لاتين :
Emphasis on just one critical index, such as incomes and sales has
become the most serious struggle for ranking and productivity measurement
models of the existing companies that makes them incomprehensive. In this
paper, we want to solve this problem by expanding the balanced scorecard
model consisting of six basic factors including financial, internal process.
customers, development, human resources and management. Then, "Factor
analysis", "logistic regression" and "Bradley-terry" methods are applied to
rank the factors and to find two or three important indexes in each six
bounded levels. Subsequently, ·,TOPSIS" is applied as a best model of
,MCDM" techniques for final index weighting and ranking. Finally, the
model has been practically tested in Kurdistan Regional Water Organization
and the six same related water organizations.
