چكيده لاتين :
The world-manufacturing sector is facing massive challenges to survive in todayʹs global and volatile marketplace. In an attempt to overcome these challenges, companies are adopting newer management systems to clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into action. The Balanced score card (BSC) is one of the approaches undergoing high importance at large industries and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME). Although many researches have been done about performance appraisal and BSC, a few works have done on the subject of designing BSC and presenting a structured methodology to overcome its incompatibility. Regarding these subjects, this article attempts to represent a new approach of BSC for connecting the organizational strategies to performance indexes. The proposed methodology has been accomplished in an industrial corporation with both classic topsis and fuzzy tops is. The result represented that multiple attribute decision making (MADM) techniques such as fuzzy tops is can be applied successfully by a structured methodology in order to design of BSC. Moreover, the proposed BSC with basic guidelines presentation from feedback system has positive effect on organizational performance nearly at all of the definition indexes.
