چكيده لاتين :
Suess is a complicated process appearing from low to high which may ruin the learning. It is common among nurses
as they struggle to cope with increasingly complicated stressors such as examinations, article preparation and practi cal
experiences.. The investigator therefore decided to have a study on the effect of relaxation on the level of nursing studentsʹ
apparent stress before entering practical environments and expresses facts coinciding with nursing educations .
Method
The research study was a practical, experimental study. A tota I of 60 nursing students were randomly selected and
divided into two groups of test and control each with 20 students. Before entering the practical environments, an exam
questionnaire consisted of the stress test of Silberberg and control of physiological determinants [blood pressure, pulse,
respiration, temperature) was performed for the tree groups. With presence of the investigator and during a 45-min session,
relaxation was given to the test group using question-answer method. The practice of relaxation was continued for two
weeks and three times a day. Two weeks after entering practical environments, Silberberg and control of physiological
determinants wasagain performed for the two groups. The questionnaire wascompri sed demographic features, physiological
determinants, and Silberberg test assessment of apparent stress contain ing 20 questions. Data were collected and analyzed
using t-test and Chi-square and SPSS.
Results
Using t-test, tow groups did not show any difference in relation to the average of physiological determinants after
investigation. In addition, the average scores of stress between the relaxation and groan groups did not show any
signifi cance before relaxation education. The average scores of apparent stress among the yow group are pretty the
same before and after the study. However, in the case groups, the average scores of stress before and after the relaxation
education significantly different (P<0/05)
so that the level of stress among them reduced. But there was no significantly different in control group Also, in both
groups, the average scores of stress are significantly different and the level of stress in the case groups reduced. (P<0/05).
But there was no signifi cantly different in control group
Conclusion
To alleviate stressors associated with practical practice and create a healthy work environment for practice it is
recommended that nursing students have some promotion relaxation muscle before entering practical environm
