چكيده لاتين :
Entrepreneurship has great role in economic development and
promotion and dynamism of the society. Because of satiation of
workload in public and private sector of the society and the high rate
of unemployment especially among educated persons, it is necessary
to pay attention to independent and personal entrepreneurship. But
entrepreneurship is not only personal. There are some international
organizations which trying to increase their capacities in competitive
global area through inter-organizational and organizational
entrepreneurship. Because most of the organizations in our country
do not have the capability to compete in national and global level,
paying attention to this matter can contribute them to change their
positions. This article studies all kind of personal, interorganizational
and organizational entrepreneurship and mentions the
differences and similarities among them and the way to reach to
every of them. In conclusion some recommendations for policy
making are mentioned.
