چكيده لاتين :
The present study sought to compare the effectiveness of cognitive
behavioral methods including the "Fordyceʹs happiness method" and
"Iewinsohonʹs social skills instruction" with the two mood induction methods,
ti.e "Positive mantal imagery" and recalling positive statements" on increasing
the happiness of the first grade students in Isfahan high school. A total of 125
students were randomly selected and later were divided into five groups
(N= 25). Theywere randomly assigned to four experimantal and one control
groups. The intervention methods were "Fordyceʹs happiness method", "social
skills instruction", "positive mental imagery" and "recalling positive sentences".
The Oxfordʹs happiness questionnaire was chosen as research instrument.
Results: The analysis of varians with repetitive measures showed a significant
correlation between the control and experimental groups in increasing
happiness. The follow up tukey test also indicated that the choice Anxieties Questionnaire. Tvt est used to test the hypotheses and an
alpha level of 0.01 was used to determine statistical significance. The results of
this study showed, Professional Counseling with use of Job support groups
Method is effective on increase Job Searching Skills reducing of senior
students job choice insolvencies and anxieties.
