چكيده لاتين :
Our understanding of the Management theories, especially of the concepts and models of Human Resource Management (HRM) is completely influenced by the American theorists. The trend of convergence within European countries has led to Europeanization of the HRM models. European theorists have been studying the characteristics of the European HRM in comparison with that of United States of America (USA) for more than one decade. In this research. over viewing the general frame of the HRM systems within the organizations on the basis of the existent reality, and describing the main differences between Europe and USA in this regard, the affecting factors on the respective HRM systems is investigated. Research findings illustrate that the idea of the HRM thoughts and systems, independent of the socio-economic and cultural characteristics of a certain society is in doubt. However, globalization and benchmarking of the best practices act as convergence factors. These findings are presented in the frame of the analytic models of affecting factors on convergence and divergence of the HRMsystems in Europe and USA. affecting factors on the characteristics of HRM systems in Europe and USA. and the modified model of affecting factors on the organization level HRM system. It can also be concluded that the study of Iranian characteristics of the HRM system is a scientific necessity.
