Surveying and comparing the rate of Job Satisfaction among employees and faculty members of the Islamic Azad University-Sanandaj Unit.

This study deals with the surveying and comparing the rate of Job Satisfaction among employees and faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Unit. Descriptive- survey is a methodology used to do the research. The statistical population of this study includes all faculty members and employees with the secure or uncertain job status which according to statistics amount to 100 faculty members and 145 employees, in total 245 people. In addition to interviewer-made questionnaire, the job description index (JDT) test includes five parameters of job satisfaction such as task satisfaction. boss, promotion, salary, and colleagues that have been used for gathering information. The findings of this study show that job satisfaction is different among male and female faculty members. Results show that female faculty members have more job satisfaction than male ones. This hypothesis is meaningless regarding employees. Moreover, a meaningful relationship can be found between years of service and job satisfaction in faculty members. Other findings of this study show that there is no meaningful relationship among marital status, degree of education, salary and wages. employment condition, organization of doing service, previous job records, having executive official responsibilities as faculty members and job satisfaction for employees and faculty members. This study asserts that the average job satisfaction is different for employees and faculty members and job satisfaction in faculty members is greater than employees
