The Position of Speakers in the Validity of Speech from the Standpoint of Narrations

There are various traditions emphasizing the distinction between the person who speaks and his speech. This shows the importance of understanding and evaluating a speech by itself without considering the speaker. But there are other traditions that emphasize thorough knowledge of speakers so as not to accept everyoneʹs speech. There is an attempt here to study and survey these two groups of traditions in three different areas. The result of this study is that each group of traditions focuses on a certain dimension. The most important dimensions are epistemological, psychological and behavioural. Key words: , r, speech assessment, speakerʹs position, speech morality
