چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays in the variability and complexity of the economic, social and political environment; productivity is one of the main factors that can contribute to the organizationʹs survival. Because of this, in this research, first we have tried to identify the most important factors that affect human resource productivity and then to prioritize these factors in the next stage. After studying the available papers and researches related to productivity and decision making techniques and also after consulting with experts and professors, a questionnaire containing managerial, socio- psychic, cultural, environmental, individual and economic factors was designed. After analyzing this first questionnaire, final criteria were identified. Then the second questionnaire including pairwise comparison tables of these criteria was prepared and its data was used in order to rank criteria with AHP, SAW, TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods. Because the outcomes resulted from mentioned methods were not consistent in some cases and also in order to achieve a general consensus about the criteria ranking; we have used Partially Ordered SET (POSET) which include Averaging, Borda and Copeland. Consequently it is deduced that managerial factor is the most important factor and then there are individual, cultural, socio- psychic and finally environmental factor in descending order of importance. At the end, some alternatives about the top ten criteria are suggested
