Considering increasing of crude oil price and importance of this material in today world, optimum refining of crude oil for achieving to more valuable products is very important, In our country, regarding to very much amount of gasoline importation, necessity of producing this material is very high. In this article, it is tried to optimize distillation units in oil refineries in order to maximize the gasoline production. In this regard "a simulator" software was used and Isfahan Refinery was considered as case study. With using "this simulator" facilities, it is tried to process conditions of CDUNDU units to be optimized for achieving to more gasoline production. Meanwhile, different configurations of CDU/ VDU units have been studied from gasoline production point of view
