Relationship between clarity of role and job commitment among the personnel of the colleges of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between role clarity and occupational commitment of personnel of the colleges in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical research, a total of 144 persons were selected from the 401 university employees using classified random sampling.
