Personality Of Muslem Police Woman and Methoods of it’s Evaluation

In psychology, personality is a combination of characteristics and relatively durable systematic psychic methods inside a person which affect on his /her mutual relations in environment psychic, physically and socially. Among these environmental factors, four of them are more importtant: culture, social levels, family and same age group. To identify specialties someoneʹs characteristics through four sourcees: information of oneʹs career, viewersʹ pits, examines and individuual reports can be used. For the reason of importance of police duty specially police women, psychology is used to select and train police forces about 90 years ago. Ten valuable and common exams which are used to select the police applicants are introduced in this essay, and we also present some methods which relate to Islamic values for measuring police women characteristics in Islamic Republic of Iran.
