One of the most important problems of religious and social and cultural is the subject of relations between boy and girl. This problem creats some moral and social arguments and still political problems. Regarding to belief to the collection of Islam orders for Solving the human ce moral, Social criticals, Islam religiouse certainly has a solution for this problem. Marriage is only the most correct solution in Islam for moral problems . But this Subject is practically encounter with some problems, like permission of father in marriage of his daughter. We have been done a survey from the religious point of view. Based upon some verses, marrations, and the ideas of great canonists, we have reached to this conclusion that the permission of father for a maiden and grown up daughter is not a prorision. But the canonists have known as a prorision for marriage a maiden daughter for Charinessing point of view and regarding to precaution of father permission. This topic is also investigate wether this pre caution and expidency comply with Social and external facts or not. The answer of this question isnʹt completely Yes. Because with The social and cultural development of these girls. If this precaution doesnʹt creat a problem it wonʹt resolve my problem.
