Acomparative survey of the women,s judgment from the Shiite and Sunnite pont of view

By stud ying the view of jurists Shiite and Sunnite about judgement of women . in some of trabitions the word man is mentioned for judgements . we cansay that it is because of male dominancy . in other trabitions it is not necessary for awoman to be ajudge.principal in every matter is giving liberty and licence not unlawfull,and in other hand according to narration about referring peolle to the ulema ,the common permission is understand wich include man and women there for ,we can establish principle of unpermission ,unlicence and unlawful judgement by women.
