چكيده لاتين :
According organizational transformation exigence towards customer-orientation, Competitiveness, and environmental dynamism, as a necessary ingredient of the new millennium, this research has been conducted in order to provide a managerial development executive model for the new industry of Iran sugar cane with Lean Production approach (Lean Organization) i.e. Toyota Production System. In order to accomplish the research aims, the effective organizational strategy (analytical) has been identified to the under studying company and evaluated with reference to experts and top managers. To calculate the coefficients of variables importance by pare wise comparisons, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). with the aid of Excel and Expert-Choice soft wares have been employed. The companyʹs performances were evaluated by Lykert scale (1-5), with referring to the operational managers views. Later, the convergence rate of the company and the obtain factors and indexes were compared with the lean ideal situation through mathematical models of Dimensional Analysis (DA). To test the two basic hypotheses of A & B, and 7 secondary hypothesis of the company which were obtained through the research have been extended to the sample cases. The result was that the selected variable and indexes of the company in order to employ the lean approach, had a proportionality raLe of over 80 percent whereas, the convergence rate of the company and the selected 7 variables (with the exception of the variable of the managers commitment to organizational excellence and lean Implementation of the company) had a value under 70 percent which as not appropriate, and needs improvement on micro processes by the sue of Lean Daily Management System (LDMS).
