Feasibility Studies for Performing Distance Training Courses in National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company.

With great developments in information and communication technology, most of pre-defaults of education processes have changed. One of the applied fields of ICT age is distance learning technology In all of the countries which are owners of the ICT infrastructures, e-learning is highly accepted. According to the role and impact of human resources in organizational leading and innovation, especially in oil industry, distance learning can solve a lot of current problems in education of this industry. This survey used descriptive-geodesic research methodology and a questionnaire with a 226 people sample. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive-geodesic statistical methods.
