چكيده لاتين :
Dynamic simulation is a useful tool for optimization of refinery units and improvement of their operation. Therefore, in this paper, dynamic simulation of catalytic naphtha reformer is performed. To do this, at first, process of catalytic naphtha reforming from the view of reaction, configuration, equipment, catalyst and operating conditions are studied precisely. Then, as simulation of processes in commercial software like Aspen-Hysys needs real components, heavy naphtha feed is characterized by its density, distillation curve and naphthenic and aromatic contents. After that, by use of gathered data from Tehran Refinery, reformer unit for this refinery is simulated in steady state and dynamic modes. Results has proved that Aspen-Hysys is an acceptable tool for simulation of naphtha reformer in both steady and dynamic modes.
Finally, according to controller parameters of Tehran Refinery and the size of equipment, dynamic simulation is completed and the operation of its controllers is studied by servo or set point tracking method.
