We canʹt disavow the importance of business and its basic role in social and economic growth. According to the Islamic Jurists and scientistsʹ guideliness, it is necessary to acquaint with the rules of business. Thus, moslems donʹt perpetrate usury and illegal transcations. When we follow these guidelines, we can help to the societyʹs guidance. In the previous essay we studied twenty parts of businessʹs rules. But I refer to some of themʹ having justice in transcation, transcation dissolution if we repent, saying goods defects, oath abandonment in purchase and sale and etc. in this essay, we say we shouldʹnt hoard and assemble foodstuffs in the store. But we should price justly according to the Islamic regulation.
