The reasonable basis of wise men and worldwide fame

There are two views which relate to the reasonable basis of wisemen. Some believe the basis of wisemen is a reason when innocent people accept it. On this basis, we should prove that the basis of wise men relates to the innocent peopleʹs acceptance. But others believe there is no need to their acceptance. Because they think the basis of wisemen is based on reasonable social nature and they know it according to continuous principle, other point of wise menʹs reasonable basis is world wide fame. Can we find a place for it? How can we recognize the relationship btw the basis of wisemen and global behaviour. Since, there is a case that the wise men are wise, we can prove the reasonable basis of wisemen. Hence, it means the community esteem and global acceptance according to the behavioural* reasonable prinicple and thus wecan explain legal a behavioral superfluity.
