The Principle of Dispute Solving Council and its Results.

The Quran and Islam emphasied on refering to conucile for solving disputes and difficulties. Thus for settling down any small and tiny problems, Islamic parliment of Iran returns them to any local coucils for tworeasons: for decreasing the number of people referring to the courts, developing the peoples participation in social affairs Thus the paper tries to explaine the results of the above mentioned council.
