The present essay then studies the mystery of manʹs absurd life in modern time by considering the history of manʹs destiny, and attempts to clarify the factors leading to absurdity as well as their consequences. The second and the main section of the article deals with the meaning and origin of life through the teachings of the holy Quran and presents the elements of spiritual and biological life so as to stress that the achievement of meaningful life totally depends on following the religious laws, confirming to morality, and attempting continuously to join adhere to the truth, and separation from them or going to extremes will make life bare of equilibrium, freshness and dynamism.
