Legal Authenticity of the Intellectual Ownerships Rights

According to the scientific and industrial developments in different areas,researchers, jurisprudence and law scientists analysed the rights of the intellectual or spiritual ownerships. And they also divided them into two kinds as follows: First,the literacy and art ownership,then the commercial and industrial ownership. In the first kind they are analysed the book,article,drama,poetry and etc. In the second kind they are analysed inventions, exploration, industrial models and etc.Hence,from the jurisprudence viewpoint,the intellectual ownership rights are legal.
