The Reasonable Basis of Practical Wisdom

There are two kinds of muslims;detached observers and wise men. Theoretical wisdom helps the human to understand the general orders which relate to the Islamic law .These orders should be enacted by the Islamic legislator and no one has right to enact the legal law. In the practical wisdom,human understands orders which should be applied. At last,We study both intellectual independents and non-intellectual one.
